Worldwide Shipping And Delivery Information
We are pleased to offer international shipping to the following regions: USA, Canada, European countries, Australia, New Zealand, and Middle Eastern countries. Additionally, we provide local delivery within Sri Lanka. Our goal is to ensure your orders are delivered efficiently and securely to your doorstep. Please review the shipping policies below for detailed information on shipping options, delivery times, and responsibilities.
Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options depending on your location:
- Express Shipping: 5-10 business days via DHL/FedEx
- Standard Shipping: 10-30 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
For deliveries within Sri Lanka, orders will typically arrive within 3 to 5 days after placement.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs processing or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the final product weight and destination. We offer free shipping to select countries for orders above certain value thresholds:
- USA: Orders above $50 USD
- Canada: Orders above $70 CAD
- UK: Orders above £40 GBP
- Australia: Orders above $115 AUD
- Europe: Orders above €75 EUR
For orders below these thresholds or to other countries, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
For deliveries within Sri Lanka, a fee is charged depending on the delivery distance.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, or VAT may apply based on the regulations of the destination country. These additional fees are the customer's responsibility. However, for EU customers, all applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout to ensure no extra costs at delivery.
Order Processing and Dispatch
- Orders placed before noon (local time in Sri Lanka) are usually shipped on the same business day.
- Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.
- Orders placed after 04:00 pm Sri Lanka time will be treated as next-day orders.
Processing time within Sri Lanka takes 1-3 days, after which your order is handed over to delivery partners.
Our courier partners (DHL, FedEx, and local delivery services) do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details (address, email, and contact information). Any customs fees, taxes, and duties are also the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
- For international deliveries, ensure accurate delivery details to avoid issues.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier.
- In cases of non-delivery due to incorrect contact information or unavailability, the customer will bear the re-shipment cost.

We partner with trusted third-party logistics services, including DHL, FedEx, and local postal services, to deliver orders globally. For Sri Lankan deliveries, we work with local delivery partners for prompt service.
